  1. Click the plus sign (+) next to a group, like Group 1.
  2. Enter a Name for the group (Infants, 1-2 Year Olds, etc.)
  3. Set the Maximum Age for the group (in months). This is the age a child would move to the next group; for example, an infant becomes a 1 year old when they reach their 12th month.

Hint: The most common Maximum Age settings are either 12, 36, 72, 156, 9999 or 12, 24, 36, 72, 156, 9999.
4. Continue with additional groups, then click Save > Exit.

Change Age Groups

You can have up to 6 age groups and may change them, for example, to break Group 2 (the 1-2 year olds) into separate groups for 1 year olds only and 2 year olds only.

  1. Start with the oldest group you’ll need, usually Group 6, setting it up for 9999 months. This means anyone older than the next highest group.
