Copy Address & Phone

Use the Copy & Paste buttons on the Address and Phone Number screens to duplicate this information to other family members, like a spouse or child.

Copy Address / Phone Info from one Person to Another

1. Go to the Person Information screen for the person whose address and/or phone you wish to copy.
   a. Click once on an address to select it and then click Copy (on the address side of the screen).

b. Click once on a phone number to select it and then click Copy (on the phone number side of the screen).Go to the Person Information screen for the person whose address and/or phone you wish to copy.
Hint: You may copy one address and one phone at the same time. Additional addresses or phone numbers may be copied and pasted separately.

2. Go to the person for whom you wish to paste the information.
   a. Click Paste on the address side of the screen.

   

   b. Click Paste on the phone number side of the screen.
   c. Click Save > Exit.
