Scheduling and Overrides, Absences

Parents using MyProcare have a calendar view of their child’s schedule. They will see the same information you see when you click their child’s schedule icon in Procare. However, the family will not see any Overrides and Absences the center may have entered for that child.

Note: Formula Billing you run for that child will continue to account for the overrides and absences you made. The Review button) (for child schedules in Procare) and reports will continue to reflect all changes the center made to overrides and absences.
