Use the Print button to print out, save, export or email the current screen content in a simple grid format.
Overview
As you work with information throughout Procare you will often encounter the Print button which provides a simple grid format of the information you are currently viewing – for example, the Account Billing Summary screen. This differs from a standard Report in that you have no sorting or filtering options, because it is intended to provide just the specific information on the screen.
When you click the Print button you may choose to print the information, save it to a file for later use, export it to various formats (such as PDF), or email the current screen content to someone.
Hint: Choosing the email option will prompt you to save the file as a PDF which will automatically be attached to the email.
The Print Button Functions
At the top of the print preview screen you’ll see a toolbar with icons to perform a variety of functions. Choose the appropriate icon for the thing you want to do such a printing or saving the file.
Hint: Mouse-over each icon on your system to see a tool-tip description for each icon.
