Time Card Audit

Getting There

From the Child Time Card or Employee Time Card click the Audit button.

Audit Changes / Deletions

Time card entries that have been changed or deleted appear on the Audit screen as long as Time Card Audit is enabled (set to “True”) in the Region / School Options.

At the Child Audit Records screen:

  1. Choose the Modified Entries tab (to see changes) or the Deleted Entries tab (to see entries that were removed).
  2. Click the plus sign (+) in the Ref # column (left side) to see a list of changes to that entry.

Understanding the List of Changes
The bottom line shows the original entry. The top line shows the entry in its current state. If the entry was changed more than once any lines in the middle will show each change that was made (image below).
