Time Card Summary Shows Zeros

As of Jan. 25, 2018, the Time Card Summary section of the Employee Data screen has been temporarily turned off for Cloud customers due to performance issues. We are carefully monitoring Cloud performance and will turn this feature back on as soon as possible. In the meantime, there are several reports you may run to see the same type of information.

Symptom

The Time Card Summary will display all zeros.

Temporary Solution – Time Card Reports

There are several different time card reports you may run to see the same type of information.

Individual Time Card Report
You may get time card information for a specific employee by:

1. Go to their Time Card icon on the toolbar.
   

2. Click the Report button at the bottom.
   Report Button.
   

Group Time Card Reports
To get time card information for a all employees at once:

1. Go to Reports > Standard Reports > Employee Data > Time Card Summary.
2. Choose the report called Time Card Summary by Employee. Note: You may find other reports in this section helpful as well.
