  • Enhanced – New Family Registration for MyProcare:
    • New families can add multiple phone numbers and delete additional phone numbers.
    • Improved avatar/photo import and selection.
    • Cell carrier selection now appears only when "cell" is chosen as the phone type.
    • On the Review & Submit screen, the physical and mailing addresses now say Yes or No, rather than True or False.
    • On the Parent Summary Email, the name of the center is now included where it says “Return the signed copy to…”
    • Pasting the confirmation code improved to remove any blank spaces that may have been inadvertently copied from the confirmation email.
  • Enhanced – Current Families for MyProcare:
    • All payers can now log in (previously limited to Primary Payer only).
    • The Pay Now feature now allows parent to change the amount, rather than being limited to paying only the balance due.
    • Added two reports: Customer Statement and Charge Credit Summary.
    • Parents can change their cell phone carrier.
    • Parents can now fast forward to the next/previous entry on the time card, schedule or log without having to go day by day.
    • Account level logs are now available (previously it was child logs only).
    • Center branding: Improved handling of center logos and center name.
    •  Links – If parent clicks a link that doesn’t contain the required equals sign (=) at the end, a single equals sign is automatically added to avoid having a broken link. Previously, the parent would end up at the home screen of MyProcare with no place to log in.
    • Removed reports as a choice from the Settings flyout menu since reports are now under the family ledger card info.
  • Enhanced – Center Settings for MyProcare:
    • Setup Wizard
      • Added ability for center to specify multiple email addresses to send notifications.
      • Added separate email field for customer feedback (from families).
      • Added button to set up Text Messaging Networks. Especially helpful for centers that had not previously set this up.
      • Changed verbiage to make it clear that certain settings are for current (existing) families versus other settings for new families.
      • Added settings for scheduling. The parent side of this will be in a future release (ability for parents to choose a schedule).
    • Question Manager – Added on-screen notification when questions on the list are not "exposed" to the current location. Note: Although unexposed items can be on the questionnaire, they won’t be seen after import.
    • Parent Limits:
      • Added a separate limit to block the ledger card detail, but still show the balance due.
      • The block payments limit now hides the Pay Now button from parents. Previously, clicking the button gave them a message about Tuition Express.
    • User Limits: Updated the verbiage to more clearly explain the settings to block staff from the Question Manager and Review & Import.
    • Review & Import screen: Improved the message that appears when deleting a family to make it more clear.
  • Fixed – MyProcare:
    • Letter Merge – Fixed issue with the variable to insert center’s MyProcare link. Previously caused error “The given key was not present in the dictionary”.
    • Fixed issue where notification email was not being sent to the center when a new family registered.
    • Review & Import
      • Fixed issue with duplicate people where the merged “new” phone number was listed second rather than first.
      • Added a check to prevent Mini-Procare users from exceeded the family limit.
    • Parent Limits – Fixed several issues where turning off a setting, like Edit Phone Numbers, caused an error or did not work as expected.
    • Setup Wizard
      • Fixed issues where an "unhandled exception" or "invalid operation exception" occurred while trying to save settings due to not having any account or child User Defined Fields.
      • Fixed issue with Child Tracking and Child User Defined Field screens where although the “Child” tab was highlighted, you were actually on the "Account" tab.
      • Added limits to number of characters that can be entered in text fields.
    • Existing Families:
      • Corrected issue where duplicate schedules displayed in the Account Schedule when child and payer were on multiple accounts.
      • Schedules – Fixed to display only during periods when a child is enrolled.
      • Schedules – Fixed issue with total hours not being shown for schedules.
      • Schedules – Fixed issue where the schedule started on the wrong week when using Advanced Schedules with weeks in rotation.
      • Center Name – Fixed issue where long school names wrapped and did not resize properly.
      • Solved issue where selecting dates from the calendar could cause a 404 page not found error.
      • Resolved issue where schedules that began or ended at 12:00 AM displayed on both the current and previous/next day.
      • Resolved issue with IE11 browser where the Child Information icons did not size correctly.
      • Removed edit icon from contacts and people other than the person who is logged in. Even though you could not edit other people, the icon made it appear as though you could.
      • Fixed issue with maps not displaying location of center.
    • New Families:
      • Date fields no longer accept invalid years, like 0001, nor too many digits.
      • Fixed issue that affected certain browsers (Chrome and Edge) where clicking “Save & Add Next Child” resulted in a “Value cannot be null" error.
      • Number questions are now limited to numeric answers only (previously text could be entered in a numeric User Defined Field).
      • Corrected problem where text answers longer than 16 characters in a User Defined Field caused issues.
      • Emergency Contacts – Fixed issue where last name was not required to enter a new contact.
      • Emergency Contacts – Fixed issue where pressing Save multiple times could save duplicate contacts.
  • Enhanced – Exposure Settings: Any time you add a new item that requires exposure, the the Exposure screen now appears automatically. This helps ensure that exposure gets set right away and not forgotten. Affects the following areas under Configuration > System:
    • Global Tracking
    • User Defined Fields
    • Charge/Credit Descriptions
    • Immunizations
    • Agencies
  • Enhanced – Fingerprint Reader: Added support for new biometric / fingerprint hardware.
  • Enhanced – Meal Tracker: Updated verbiage on Texas 1535 weekly meal count reports.
  • Enhanced – Payroll:
    • Added behind the scenes functionality and reports to meet new FLSA rules for overtime calculations on salaried non-exempt employees, pending implementation of the rules.
    • Also added an "overtime premium" (OP) column to the Payroll Check Calculation screen in anticipation of these same FLSA rules. The OP column is not currently used.
