In order for buttons, screens and dialog boxes to display correctly, the font size needs to be set to 100% or 96 dpi.
Windows 10
Go to Start > Control Panel > Display > choose Smaller – 100% (default). This uses a default of 96 pixels per inch.
Hint: You can make everything on your screen larger by choosing a lower screen resolution, such as 800 x 600. Windows 10 also includes a Magnifier Tool to temporarily enlarge a portion of the screen.
Windows Vista
Go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization > Adjust Font Size (DPI). Choose Default Scale (96 dpi).
Windows XP
Right-click the Desktop > Properties > Settings tab > Advanced > General tab > DPI Setting. Choose Normal Size (96 dpi).
