Your Installation Key is used to determine the number of seats and licenses you have available for Procare. You’ll need it the first time you install and any time you contact support for assistance.

The Installation Key number is found:

  • For Cloud customers: In an email you received at the time of purchase.
  • For locally installed customers: Printed on your CD envelope or in an email.
  • Or, if you already have Procare installed, you’ll find it in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
