What report shows me 'hidden' accounts with ledger activity last year?

You may have families who are now Hidden, but had charges, payments and/or credits posted to their Ledger Card during the prior year (or any date range you select). To print a list of these family accounts:

1. Go to Reports > Standard Reports > Family Accounting > Account Activity.
2. Choose the report named “Primary Accounts Only (w/Activity)”.
3. Select the Date Range of your choice, such as Last Year.
4. Set the Group and Sort options to “Group by” Visibility. This will give you separate pages for “visible” and “hidden” accounts.
