Auto Logout Security Feature

In order to prevent unauthorized access to family and financial records, any terminal running Procare will go into a suspended state after 15 minutes of inactivity. This will apply to Procare and any Extras you may have open.

With the exceptions below, the screen you had open will still be open when you sign back in (unless someone else logs into the same terminal before you do).

Exceptions:

• If you were on a payment screen that may have contained sensitive information, such as a Tuition Express screen with credit card or banking information, you will be returned to the main Procare screen.
• If you do not sign back in within eight (8) hours, it will be necessary to log back into the main Procare screen. You will not return to where you left off.
