Once an activity (soccer, dance, etc.) is over, you may quickly indicate which children completed the class and enter a comment as needed. Marking an activity as complete means the child has met the prerequisite (if any) for future activities.

Before You Begin

Children need to have been Assigned to Activities and the activity should be over before marking it as complete.

Getting There

From the main screen of Family Data & Accounting go to Functions > Activity Manager > Batch Complete Activities.

Mark Activities as Complete

  1. Choose a Category, like “Day Camp” (top left).
  2. Select an Activity within that Category, like “Day Camp 1” (top right). A list of all the children assigned to that activity are shown.
  3. Place a check in the Completed column next to each appropriate child or check the box at the top of the column to select all children on the list.
  4. Optional: Type a Comment as needed for each child. If the comment applies to multiple children, highlight it and right-click and Copy, then move to the next child and right-click and choose Paste.
  5. Click Save > Exit.
