Combined Corporate Reports

If you have multiple locations (hosted in a single database) you may print certain types of combined or “corporate” reports that include information from all locations.
Getting There
From the Procare Home screen go to Corporate Reports (upper left) > Standard Reports.
Combined / Corporate Reports
The Corporate reports work in the same way as all Procare Reports except they include data from all Regions & School locations, rather than just one location at a time.
On many reports you can drill down for additional detail. This works anywhere you see a magnifying glass and the phrase “Double Click to Expand Section”. For example you might db-click All Regions to get information on a region-by-region basis. Then, dbl-click the name of a region to get details about the school locations in that region. And finally dbl-click on the name of a location to get details about the location.
Note: Persons in the System Supervisor User Group may control which Corporate Reports are available and the order in which they appear in the Corporate Report Management section of System Configuration.
