You do:

  • Schedule your Getting Started with Parent Engagement and Attendance, Daily Activities, and Communications Webinars.
  • Schedule your one FREE 45-minute Q&A meeting with your Implementation Specialist. When scheduling, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to attend the webinars and complete the Launch Guide prior to your Q&A.
  • Log into the Procare Parent Engagement website and update your password.
  • Install the Procare Parent Engagement App on your device(s) and log into the app.

**STEP 2 **

You do:

  • Attend the live training webinars and ask questions in the live chat.
  • Review the Procare Parent Engagement Launch Guide attached to your Welcome Email and begin completing the steps.
  • Explore the Help Center for a wide range of support articles (hint: use the search bar like Google).
  • Call or email your Implementation Specialist as questions come up.

We do:

  • Respond to your questions with a call or email, as needed, to support you in completing your Launch Guide steps.

**STEP 3 **

We do:

  • Your Implementation Specialist will meet with you for your scheduled Q&A.
  • They will review your progress with you and answer any further questions you have about the app or its website.

You do:

  • Be ready by your phone and your computer for your one FREE 45-minute Q&A meeting with your Implementation Specialist. Feel free to invite other administrators and staff.
  • Have your questions ready to go!
  • Take notes on important new information that you learn during the Q&A.
