Choose Deposit Accounts from the Bank Accounts you previously set up. These are accounts to which you’ll deposit payments received from families and subsidizing agencies.

Deposit Accounts will be available later when you do Deposit Reports. Funds you deposit may be divided among these accounts, for example some to checking, some to savings and some to petty cash.

Getting There

  1. From the Procare Home screen click Configuration > System.
  2. Go to Accounting Management > Family Accounting > dbl-click Deposit Accounts.

Choose Deposit Accounts

Select Deposit Accounts from your existing Bank Accounts.

  1. Place a check next to the accounts you want available for use as Deposit Accounts.
  2. Click Save > Exit.
