Please reach out directly if you have questions related to your account such as billing, account or personnel changes, to help schedule training or to share any concerns or feedback. Cassie joined Procare in May 2021. When not working with customers and her amazing team, she enjoys watching her two teenagers play sports, walking her very spoiled dog, gardening and cooking delicious, healthy food with her husband. She's a Colorado native who loves being outdoors. She has spent the past 26 years in the software industry in fields ranging from health care, oil and gas, higher education and now ECE. She says ECE is her favorite sector because she loves the work that Procare's customers do with the young minds of today!

Leanne joined Procare in January 2020 after working in the child care industry for 27 years. She is from Michigan and enjoys camping (in the warmer months!) with her husband, two children and dog. She also enjoys traveling and exploring. Her favorite part of her job is connecting and talking with customers and helping in any way possible!

Sheena brought her extensive background in child care and business to Procare Solutions when she was hired in August 2018. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Her passions include church on Sunday and golfing with her husband. She is a proud baseball mom who spends her spring and summer nights at the ballpark. She is "pro-Procare" all the time because the company works hard to take amazing care of its customers and employees.

Zaid Gleisberg

Zaid joined Procare in September 2023 as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist. He later transitioned to the SchoolCare Works team before advancing to his current role as a Mid-Market Account Manager. His varied experience within the company has given him a comprehensive understanding of client needs, enabling him to provide tailored solutions with measurable success. Born and raised in Laredo, TX, Zaid earned his degree in Psychology from Texas A&M International University, where he also met his wonderful wife, Brittany. Together, they share their home with three beloved fur babies: Maya, Catniss, and Hermione. Outside of work, Zaid is passionate about exploring new destinations, indulging in great food and immersing himself in music—whether playing it or discovering new tunes. He remains dedicated to delivering exceptional service to his clients while embracing life's adventures.

Courtney comes to Procare with an ECE background and additional experience in the tech industry. Andrew has been with Procare since June 2021. His background is in sales, customer service and business account management with large telecom and retail companies. Born and raised in New Jersey, he's a die-hard New York Mets fan. He enjoys sports, especially baseball and football, as well as traveling and trying out new food places. Andrew's favorite part of working for Procare is the people he talks to and getting to know them on a personal level.

Kristy's background is in education, and she joined Procare after 17 years serving families and children in a the child care industry. She is thrilled to be continuing her service on the back end and assisting child care providers with solutions to fit their needs. She was born and raised in Cleveland and remains a true Browns fan! Kristy has three children who are very active in sports and she spends most of her time at the ballfield.

Chelsea is your typical Colorado woman who loves the outdoors -- camping, kayaking, hiking or playing in the snow. Her dogs -- Zoey, a Weimaraner, and Zeus, a German Shepherd -- keep her busy with walks and playing frisbee. Before joining Procare, she worked in a variety of child care settings including an ECE-structured autism program and as the youth activities director of a country club. She loves working at Procare because of the amazing customers she interacts with every day.

Originally from California, Steve relocated to Colorado to pursue his education at CU Boulder, where he earned degrees in Humanities and Music, along with a minor in Business. He joined the Procare team in 2023 as a BDR, later advancing to the role of Implementation Coordinator before transitioning to Account Management. Outside of work, Steve enjoys quality time with friends and family, attending concerts and hitting the slopes to snowboard.

Mary Hoover

Mary is a Colorado native who served in the United States Air Force, spending several years abroad before returning to Colorado with her two children. Mary joined the Customer Support team with Procare in 2021 and made the transition to Account Management in April of 2024. Mary has enjoyed her journey at Procare, particularly in building relationships with customers. In her downtime, you can find Mary lost in the Rocky Mountains hiking one of Colorado's many trails or soaking up the sun on a paddleboard. Mary loves to spend time with her friends and family, as well as tending to her always growing indoor garden. After spending four years living abroad, she hopes to continue to travel with her kids in the years to come. Mary is passionate about being outdoors, photography and plants.

Ali joined Procare in December 2022. For the last 8 years, she has worked in the EdTech field in multiple roles including Account Management, Support and Customer Success. A New York native who found herself in Amish country (Pennsylvania), 6 years ago, she can be found traveling around Lancaster County looking for the best farmers markets. When she is not helping customers or finding amazing Amish food, Ali can be found hanging out with her kids, traveling all over to K-pop concerts, watching Studio Ghibli movies, or cuddling with her 4 crazy cats.

Colin has been a dedicated team member of Procare for the past three years. He pursued a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences in college, along with minors in Psychology and Sociology, which laid a strong foundation for his empathetic and insightful approach to serving the clientele of Procare. Colin is an aspiring dog owner, eagerly anticipating the day he can welcome a furry friend into his home. Passionate about outdoor activities, Colin loves snowboarding, hiking and playing volleyball in his free time.

Angela joined Procare in 2023 after leaving the child care industry. She has used many of the Procare systems while in her work as a Child Care Director and was excited to join our team and help other directors in the field. Angela considers herself a native after moving to Colorado as a child. She is married to her highschool sweetheart and they have one son. She enjoys spending her time with family and friends and trying out new experiences.

He enjoys hanging out with his family, hiking around Colorado and playing golf.

As a former executive director for a leading educational franchise, she found she was able to assist ECE providers on a broader scope via the technology that helps manage their businesses. After working in ECE tech for several years, she joined the Procare team in July 2021 and enjoys assisting enterprise customers with their day-to-day operations as well as planning for their future endeavors.

Rose joined Procare in October 2020. She spent 25 years working in ECE, including as a preschool teacher, administrator and regional manager. Rose lives in Maryland with her husband and sweet dog. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks with her dog, gardening (especially growing pepper plants because she loves spicy food!) and cooking. She enjoys helping customers so that they can focus on their important work with children, families and educators.

Beth Carlin

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Beth joined Procare in early 2021 as part of the EZCare acquisition. She quickly transitioned into the Procare Support leadership team, advanced to Enterprise Support Manager, and eventually moved into Enterprise Account Management. Before entering the childcare management software field, Beth earned her Master's degree in Elementary and Special Education. In the summer, she enjoys spending time in her garden. In the spring and fall, she fills her days with running and reading outdoors. During the winter, she indulges in video games and craft projects
