Procare versions 10.3 and older may get Error 1012 when you are trying to register your software on-line.

The majority of these are fixed by updating your module license, and re-registering.

Getting There

  1. From the Procare Home screen go to Configuration > Update License.
  2. Click Update Online button to update your Module License.
  3. Click Yes, and Ok.
  4. Click Save & Exit.
  5. Register Your Software -The registration will automatically be triggered the very first time you log in and periodically in the future.
  6. If the error persists, Contact Technical Support.
