Click the I am having trouble logging in link (which appears if your log in attempt fails) and answer your Security Questions or have your Security Code sent to you. You may also have a Supervisor Reset your password.
At the Forgot Password screen, select the method you wish to use to have your password reset.
Once reset, your password will be the same as your username. If your username were abc123 you would log on with username=abc123 and password=abc123, at which point you would be prompted to select a new password.
Important! Beginning with version 10.2.4672, the password must be entered using all lowercase letters.
