If you enabled the Two-Way Integration feature within the ChildcareCRM website, Procare may return 3 collections of data to ChildcareCRM:

Account Info:

For every “Person” in a family account, Procare sends the following information:

  • ID (unique integer identifying the Person in the Procare system)
  • GUID (Global Unique Identifier, a series of numbers and letters identifying the Person to Procare-connected services, such as MyProcare)
  • First Name
  • Middle Initial
  • Last Name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address
  • a collection of Phone Numbers including
    • information about Type of Phone (Mobile, Work, etc…)
    • Area Code
    • Number
  • a collection of Addresses including
    • Address Line 1
    • Address Line 2
    • City
    • Region
    • Postal Code
    • an indicator of whether a particular address is the Mailing Address for the person
    • an indicator of whether a particular address is the Primary Physical Address for the person

If the Person is “Child” on the Account, the following additional information is sent:

  • School ID
  • Primary Classroom ID
  • a collection of all Enrollment Dates (Start Date and End Date) for the child, past and future
  • a collection of Relationships to the Child, detailed below…

If the Person is a “Relationship” to a Child on the Account, the following additional information is sent:

  • Type (Father, Mother, Doctor, etc.)
  • an indicator of whether the child lives with this person
  • an indicator of whether the person is an emergency contact for the child
  • an indicator of whether the person is allowed to pick the child up from school

Classroom Info:

  • Classroom Id
  • Classroom Name
  • Child/Teacher Ratio (e.g. 6.0)
  • Max Number of Children (e.g. 12)
  • In Minute
  • Out Minute

School Info:

  • School Id
  • Open and Close times for every day of the week, given in minutes from midnight, e.g.:
    • Monday Open Time: 420
    • Monday Close Time: 1080
    • Tuesday Open Time: 420
