Manage Documents

As time passes, older documents that have been added to family accounts, children, employees or vendors will eventually no longer be needed. Use the Manage Documents function in each module to find and remove these documents to recover database storage space and improve system performance.
Getting There
- Within Family Data and Accounting go to Functions > Family Data > Mange Account Documents.
- Within Employee Data & Payroll go to Functions > Manage Employee Documents.
- Within Expenses & Ledger go to Functions > Manage Vendor Documents.
Locate Documents to Remove
To help you find documents you can sort the documents list by clicking any of the field headers such as User, Added, Account, Description or Size. Further, any field except Size may be filtered (small funnel in the upper right corner) to further limit the documents listed. For example you may want to select documents added on or before a certain date or by the description.
Remove the Document
Select the row with the document to be removed, click the Delete button at the bottom, and verify you want to delete the document.
