Setup and Use Authenticator

First Time Setup for Authenticator
User Configuration screen: From the Procare Home screen, click Configuration > User. Click *Setup Authenticator *at the bottom of the screen.

Follow the directions for installing the Google Authenticator app on your iPhone. The verification code you are given will change every 30 seconds. Enter the code, then click Verify and Save.

Once you have entered the code correctly, you will receive a verification screen. Click OK.

Using Authenticator to reset your password

If your log on fails, a Forgot Password link will appear (image below). Click the link and then select the Authenticator Password Reset.

Enter your username, the verification code from your Authenticator app, and click Reset Password.

Click Yes to confirm the password reset for the username displayed.

Once reset, your password will be the same as your username. If your username were abc123 you would log on with username=abc123 and password=abc123, at which point you would be prompted to select a new password.
