Security & Certificate Authority
- Traffic is secured with SSL/TLS certificates issued by GoDaddy or Amazon.
- If your firewall, proxy or devices do not already trust these certificates, connections may fail.
- To resolve missing or untrusted certificates:
- Download the required Amazon Root and Intermediate certificates from https://www.amazontrust.com/repository/.
- Install the certificates into your organization’s Trust Store.
