Recurring Payments Request Enhancements
Enhancements have been made to the Batch and individual Recurring Payments Request screens to include School Contact Information. With this update, the Recurring Payments Authorization email to families now includes the school's phone number and email address, providing families with a direct point of contact for questions.
Important: The School Contact Information is pulled from the Edit School Information screen and can be updated by navigating to Configuration > System > Locations & Users > Regions & Schools > Select a school, then click Edit.

Show/Hide Charge Descriptions
You now have the ability to filter and archive Charge Descriptions. This allows you to efficiently manage your data by hiding outdated entries, preserving historical records and streamlining your workflow.
Hiding a charge description prevents its use for future charges and balances. This action does not delete any historical data associated with the charge description, and it can be reactivated at any time.
MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES
- Resolved an issue that prevented records from being cleared from the ChildCareCRM extra upon import.
- Fixed an issue on the Contract Billing Summary report where a net amount would not display if there were only credits to the account in a given time period.
- Resolved an issue where navigating between Release Notes and Make Suggestions in the Help menu would repeatedly load the same page within a single session.
