You’ll need to configure your Email Options within Procare before you are able to email statements, etc.

How do I change the School Name, Address or Email?

School names, addresses, and email addresses are changed within Region/School Settings. You must be logged on as a System Supervisor to access this selection.

  1. From the Procare Home screen go to Configuration > System > Locations & Users and dbl-click Regions & Schools.

  2. Click the plus sign (+) next to the Region Code to see any existing schools in that region.

  3. Click once on the School Name to select it, then click Edit (bottom of screen).

  4. Enter the desired school name and address.

Can I break my email into smaller groups? My email provider limits the number I can send at once.

Yes. Most email providers have limits regarding the number of emails and/or attachments that can sent at once or within a single day, etc. To break the email list into smaller groups:

  1. Use the Select Filter to choose certain categories of families, such as those with children in a particular classroom.
  2. When you Email End-of-Year Statements, only the selected families will be included.
