Thank you for your feedback!
The Dashboard allows you to quickly view key information about your child care business. Learn how persons in the System Supervisor User Group may control the minimum User Group allowed to view each Dashboard Element.
Getting There
- From the Procare Home screen select Configuration > System > Program Customization.
- Dbl-click Dashboard Element Configuration.
Dashboard Elements
Control which Dashboard Elements are available for later use.
- For each Dashboard Element (like “Classroom Children Counts” or “Upcoming Birthdays”) select the Minimum User Group allowed to use or view that item. Only persons assigned to that group level or higher will have access to that specific item on their Dashboard.Hint: To make an element inactive so that no one has access to it simply uncheck the Active box.
- Click Save > Exit.
Note: Persons in the specified groups should now have access to those dashboard elements, however, the dashboard itself will probably appear blank when they first log in. That’s because they need to configure the dashboard for themselves. Each user determines their own dashboard layout.
