I’ve just installed Procare Cloud but cannot print. What shall I do?

Some versions of the Procare Cloud Installation may not include the necessary files to print reports. To solve this please install Crystal Reports SP4 (Service Pack 4) from the link below:

What causes text, buttons, dialog boxes and screens to be missing, cut off or overlapped?

In order for buttons, screens and dialog boxes to display correctly, the font size needs to be set to 100% or 96 dpi.

Windows 11

Click Start > Settings > Display > Scale and Layout to make the needed adjustments based on the individual device's needs.

Windows Vista

Go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization > Adjust Font Size (DPI). Choose Default Scale (96 dpi)

Windows XP

Right-click the Desktop > Properties > Settings tab > Advanced > General tab > DPI Setting. Choose Normal Size (96 dpi)
