How do I set up an annual physical?

1. In configuration, set the first event to be due immediately (zero days after enrollment or hire).
2. The second event is due every 12 months thereafter.

On the child (or employee) immunization screen:

1. Enter the date they actually received their physical. It could have been several months ago. That’s okay.
2. The next one will be due exactly 12 months after they received the last one.
