Turning on Family Selected Scheduling in MyProcare may impact Automated Billing. If you use specific-schedule billing, the billing items for that specific schedule may disappear if the parent makes changes to that schedule. Place the formula or contracts under the Standard Billing (all Schedules) to ensure that the billing will continue to be run regardless of any parent made schedule changes.
