Your Implementation Specialist is here to help you get off to a successful start with Procare. They will guide you through the initial set-up and training for your new software. Here is what to expect for each session:
Implementing Procare Desktop
- Welcome to Procare Email – Includes: instructions to install your new software, tutorials on how to get started with Procare and a calendar link to schedule an appointment with your Implementation Specialist
- Initial Call (15 minutes) – Your Implementation Specialist will call you to review the Implementation process and schedule your first appointment to help you get started with the software
- Scheduled Call 1 (45 minutes) – Family and Employee Data Training and basic set up
- Schedule Data Conversion (if needed)
- Scheduled Call 2 (45 minutes) – Family Accounting Training: set up tuition options, assign rates to children and run billing
- Scheduled Tuition Express Training (45 minutes) – Electronic Payment Processing (with Tuition Express Trainer)
- Scheduled Call 3 (45 minutes) – Question and Answer Session (optional)
