Tax IDs and Beginning Balances

Before You Begin

Procare allows all schools within a region to share a common balance sheet and beginning balances.

• Group all schools that will share a common beginning balance together. They should be placed in a common Region.
• Every school that is to have its own balance sheet will need to be in it’s own Region.
