Using the Browse Button in Data Viewer

The Browse button in a Data Viewer screen allows you to search and install additional prebuilt data views from a library of views stored in the cloud.

Getting There

1. From the main screen of any module, such as Family Data & Accounting, click the Reports menu (toward the top left) and select Data Viewer.
2. Click the plus sign (+) next to a category, like Family Data, to expand the list.
3. Select the subcategory, like Account Ledger Information (image below).

Using the Browse button

1. Click on the Browse Library button for a list of additional views for that subcategory.
   

2. If there are no additional views available, you’ll get a message letting you know. Otherwise, you will see a list of prebuilt views. Select the view you would like to have on your Procare, and click on the Install button.

3. Once installed, the new view will be displayed on your menu and will be available for use by other people in your center. You will also be able to delete or modify it.
