Icon Update
The icon that flags a child's allergy has been updated to a red first aid cross. An allergy was previously represented by a peanut symbol. This update makes the icon more universally recognizable and is not tied to any specific allergy.
Allergy Icon
The allergy icon identifies which children have allergies in the app.
Important
To view allergy details, navigate to the child profile and locate the 'Allergies' field.
By default, when you add a Meal Activity using the mobile app, a red first aid cross icon will appear on the avatar of children who have documented allergies. If you would like the icon to appear elsewhere, you can enable a setting to display this icon throughout the mobile app.
How to enable the allergy icon throughout mobile app
To enable the icon throughout the app, follow the steps below:
From the mobile app, click the Menu icon.
Click Settings.
Select 'Show Allergy Icon'.
Navigate back to 'Home' and the icon will display on the avatar of each children's with a recorded allergy.
The allergy icon will appear when selecting an individual profile when selected in the mobile app.
