Create Profile Fields for Schools
Profile fields are essential tools for gathering and tracking specific information about students, staff, and parents.Any profile fields created under a Corporate Procare Online account will be applied across all schools within the corporate structure. However, individual centers have the option to create their own profile fields under School Settings.
Additionally, there is an option to create profile fields for Lead Students and Lead Parents, with the ability to automatically transfer data between Lead and Student profiles. This feature helps streamline enrollment, enhance data accuracy, and saves time and effort for your staff.
Corporate Field Mapping
Profile fields created by Corporate will be marked with a symbol and cannot be edited or deleted by centers within School Settings. Centers can input data against these fields.
