Delete or Deactivate Your Procare Account

Non-Admin Staff and Parents

For Non-admin staff and Parents of an existing school that uses Procare, we recommend that you contact your school's admin to remove your Procare account (email address) from the school's records. Once they have removed your profile from their end you will not be able to access your data that's associated with that specific school — including rooms, children enrolled in that school, child activity feeds and billing transactions.

Important Note for accounts associated with multiple schools:

If you are a non-admin staff or parent at multiple schools and use the same email account at each, you have to contact each school to remove your Procare account from their records.

Account Owners and Directors

To begin, contact our Support team and let us know that you need your account deleted/deactivated. We will respond and let you know that we have initiated this process.

Important Note for Billing Users:

If you are a School Account Owner and currently use our Billing tool - all invoices and recurring plans must be cancelled or completed prior to deactivating your account.
