Enrollment Trends Chart and Report

The Enrollment report will collect and archive enrollment data and provide monthly averages for room and center enrollment history. These additional insights can help centers recognize potential revenue growth opportunities for classes and age groups with high average enrollment and direct resources accordingly.

Accessing the Full Time Enrollment Report

With the new Enrollment report, Procare users with a corporate dashboard will be able to see a visualization of their average monthly enrollment for all centers and their rooms, along with a breakdown of capacity figures and percentages for each.

Corporate accounts can access a dashboard visualization under Analytics > Business Metrics

For individual centers, the Enrollment report will be added to the Reports section so they can still download and view the report, as needed.
