Name to Face Activity

Name to Face allows you to regularly check on the students in your care. When recording a Name to Face activity, the following types are available:

• Spot Check
• Nap Check
• Diaper Check
• Health Check
• Outdoors
• Other

Recording a Name to Face Activity

1. From the Procare Child Care Mobile App, click Activity at the bottom.
2. Click Name to Face.
3. Select the child(ren) you wish to record the activity for, then click Next.
4. Select the Type from the drop-down menu.
5. Edit the time if needed.
6. Select the Staff Present from the drop-down menu.
7. Nap Check only - select the Sleeping Position.
8. Add any additional details in the description field.
9. Add an optional photo by clicking the camera icon in the Description field.
10. Name to Face activities are always Staff Only by default. They will NOT be sent to parents.
11. Then click Add Activity

To check the time of the last Name to Face activity recorded, navigate to Activity > Name to Face and the student selection screen will display how long ago it was recorded for each student.

Editing Name to Face Activities

To view, edit or delete Name to Face activities, navigate to the website, then click Parent Connection > Daily Activity > Activity Summary.
