Re-registration Fees

Taking care of student registration and payment details shouldn't be a hassle. Our system makes it easy to set up and manage registration fees, handle payments, and process refunds.

Set up Registration Fees

You can set up re- registration fees during form creation. If needed, you can edit the form later to include a registration fee. Registration fees are payable by credit card and debit card.

Payments

When a parent submits a registration form and makes a payment, the payment will be reflected on the family ledger upon registration confirmation.

The family will receive both a confirmation screen and an email acknowledging the payment. Note that the payment will appear in the regular ledger, not the CRM section of the ledger.

The description will be formatted as: Registration Fee: [Name of the Form].
It's recommended to name the registration form something easily identifiable.

Refunds

  1. Navigate to Registration > Submitted Registrations > In Review
  2. Click Review & Approve from the action menu
  3. Match the registrant to the student to ensure the refund is applied to the student’s ledger with the description Refunded during Registration
  4. The refund will be applied to the card used for the transaction
Important Notes:

Matching ensures that the refund is correctly applied to the student's ledger.

An Unmatched Registrant means the refund will be applied to the card used but will not be reflected in the student’s ledger.
