Final Exam Information
To comply with IACET accreditation standards, our courses require learners to achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on the final exam. There is a final exam for all courses.
Exam Attempts and Reset
- You are given 3 attempts to pass the exam
- If you do not pass after 3 attempts, you may submit a support request to have your exam reset for 3 additional attempts
- If you still do not pass after the second set of 3 attempts (6 attempts in total), you will be required to retake the course from the beginning
Tips for Success
Before retaking an exam, we recommend reviewing the course material to reinforce your understanding. After each attempt be sure to check the Feedback Report, which highlights the questions you missed and helps you identify areas for improvement.
Additional Information
Can I take your courses on my phone or tablet? How do I do that?
Yes! Our courses are mobile friendly. Simply visit our website on a mobile device and login to your profile like you would on a computer.
I'm stuck in my course. It won't let me move on to the next learning activity. How should I proceed?
If a course isn’t allowing progress to the next activity, a minimum time requirement may not have been met. Each learning activity requires a certain amount of time to be completed before advancing.
For videos, a minimum of 50% of the total duration must be viewed (e.g., a 10-minute video requires at least 5 minutes). For other activities, refer to the activity description for the specific time requirement.
How to Resolve:
- Wait until the required time has passed
- Refresh the page and try again
Occasionally, delays in system processing or connectivity issues may prevent progress from registering. If this happens, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the issue persists reach out to Support.
