New Features & Enhancements

Parent Photo Reactions

Parents/guardians can now add a reaction to photos posted to their child’s daily activity feed. Staff can see the reactions and a numbered count under each photo. See: Viewing Photo Reactions for more information.

Assessment Table Enhancements

Enhancements have been made to help teachers find and track milestones and assessments more efficiently. The Assessments table will now group children by assigned room and age group, allowing staff to monitor progress against standards specific to each cohort. Each room can have specific assessment categories (age groups) assigned to them, improving the organization of your assessment data. When viewing the Portfolios screen, auto-filters will display only the relevant room and assessment category, making it easier for teachers to find and review student data. Staff Messaging Enhancements

To make finding and responding to messages easier for staff, we have consolidated messages into a single layout. This allows staff to see unread messages or drop off notes quickly. In addition, staff members without access to parent messaging can still have access to view drop-off notes. See: Message Parents for more information.

Parent Sign-Up Enhancements

Updates have been made to streamline the parent/guardian account creation process. This new update will ensure the invite code matches the email address on file at the center, eliminating the possibility of multiple guardians sharing the same invite code and running into potential account issues. Minor Enhancements & Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where photos could not be added to newsletters using the drag-n-drop layout.
• Fixed an issue where users could not add a subsidy line item when editing existing recurring plan templates.
