New Features & Enhancements

Daily Activity Enhancements

A new Incident Management tab has been added to Daily Activities, providing admins with a pre-filtered view specifically for managing incidents. With this update, the Dashboard link has also been updated from Pending Incident Reports to Pending Digital Signatures (this week), which directs users to the new Incident Management tab and automatically filters for active students pending a digital signature.

Billing Report Enhancements

We've redesigned the Detailed Transaction Breakdown report and split it into two improved reports: Learn more

• The Categorized Transaction Summary report - Generates a categorized summary and breakdown of invoice, payment and refund transactions for a selected date range.
• The Registration Payments report - Provides a record of payments and refunds process through Leads or Registration.

Corporate Tuition Express Reports

Customers with a corporate Tuition Express account can now export the following Tuition Express corporate reports from the Procare Corporate Portal. The following reports can be located by navigating to Reports > Tuition Express:

• Merchant Statement
• Bank Account Activity
• Transaction Batch Summary
• ACH Returns/Credit Card Declines
• NOC Details
• POS Transactions
• Chargeback Summary
• Payout Expected Deposit

Minor Enhancements & Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where KinderConnect uploads would appear as failed after they were successfully transmitted.
• Resolved an issue where Student Registration updates were not reflected in the student profile.
• Fixed an issue where the Amount field was not updated after refunds were issued for declined registration forms.
• Resolved an issue where Newsletters would crash when uploading a photo.
• Fixed an issue where Charges could not be edited on Attendance Plans.
• Fixed an issue where absences were not showing on the Pending Approvals tab of Daily Activities
