New Messaging Menu

You can now find both parent and staff messaging under the new 'Messaging' menu. No changes have been made to the messaging screen functionality.

• Staff Management > Messages is now located under Messaging > Staff Messaging.
• Parent Connection > Messages is now located under Messaging > Parent Messaging.

Historic FTE Report

The new Historic FTE Report provides an overview of historical enrollment trends for each classroom, enabling schools to maximize future enrollment. Learn more

Billing Report Enhancements

We've redesigned the Detailed Transaction Breakdown report and split it into two improved reports: Learn more.

• The Categorized Transaction Summary report - Generates a categorized summary and breakdown of invoice, payment and refund transactions for a selected date range.
• The Registration Payments report - Provides a record of payments and refunds process through Leads or Registration.

Daily Activity and Pending Activity Enhancements

The Incident Management tab has been added to Daily Activities, providing admins with a pre-filtered view specifically for managing incidents. With this update, the Dashboard link has also been updated from Pending Incident Reports to Pending Digital Signatures (this week), which directs users to the new Incident Management tab and automatically filters for active students pending a digital signature.

Activity Summary provides a user-friendly table that displays all students with recorded activities for the current day, along with their corresponding activity icons and activity counts. Learn more

• The new default screen when clicking Daily Activities from the left navigation menu.
• Allows for filtering of Daily or Weekly timeframes.
• Clearer filtering of students with/without a specific activity.
• Displays student activity data in a side panel to allow for easier navigation between students.

Pending Approvals allow admins to have a central hub to review and approve all pending activities, saving time and effort. Learn more

• Clicking Pending Approvals from the Dashboard will now display the new pre-filtered Pending Activity Approvals tab.
• Allows for bulk approvals by activity type.
• Displays a count of activities requiring approval.
• When approving a single activity card, confirmation is no longer required. Note: Clicking the “Approve All” button on an activity with multiple students will still require confirmation.

Registration Form Field Enhancements

• Previously, the Allergy and Medication fields on the Registration form were required. Now, users can choose to make these fields optional or required.
• Added address fields as default fields on the Registration form.
  

Student Re-registration

Streamline your re-registration process by creating custom forms for current students. When building your form, select "Active Students" in the Recipient Type drop-down menu. When sharing your form, click "Add Students" to select from the list of students under My School > Students. Learn more

Student Age Forecasting Report

As children age, it’s important to keep tabs on when they’ll be aging out of their current rooms or graduating from your center. With the new Student Age Report, you can see a monthly forecast of students who are getting close to aging out of their classes. This helps staff recognize when it’s time to evaluate a student’s progress and make sure they’ve reached all their necessary milestones, as well as help forecast new enrollment opportunities and openings for future revenue projections.
