Delete or Deactivate your DCW/SCW Account

Non-Admin Staff and Parents

For non-admin staff and parents of an existing school that uses DCW/SCW, we recommend that you contact your school's admin to remove your account from the school's records. Once they have removed your profile from their end you will not be able to access your data that's associated with that specific school — including rooms, children enrolled in that school, child activity feeds and billing transactions.

Important Note for accounts associated with multiple schools:

If you are a non-admin staff or parent at multiple schools and use the same email account at each, you have to contact each school to remove your account from their records.
