Top Third Party Attendance Detail Reports

SchoolCare Works has a number of reports that show attendance detail. These reports can be pulled for all active children with third party contracts.

The reports focus on check-in and check-out times, who the child was checked in/out by, as well as total actual hours and total fractional hours.

Note: Total fractional hours are found by dividing the number of minutes a child was in attendance by 60. For example, if a child checked in a 2:50 pm and checked out at 6:00 pm, their total actual hours would be 3:10 and their total fractional hours would be 3.16.

Agency Attendance Detail - Excel

This report shows for every active third party sponsor child with attendance for the specified date range. If a user only enters a From Date, the report will default to show the full month that contains that date. The report shows sub-totals for each child per sponsor. If a child has multiple sponsors, they are listed multiple times.

This report shows for every active third party sponsor child with attendance for the specified date range. If a user only enters a From Date, the report will default to show the billing period that contains that date.

Each page of the report shows attendance for one child during that date range.

• For Arizona centers, the last child on each page will have a message that says:
  • PENALTY WARNING: By signing this document the parent, guardian, or other authorized person verifies, under penalty of perjury, that the times recorded are the actual times the child was in attendance; and,
  • PENALTY WARNING: The submission of billing claim forms for the child named on this record constitutes verification by the Provider, under penalty of perjury, that this document is a true and accurate record of signatures, dates, and time of service;
