Connect Portal Account Lockouts

To improve account security, the following enhancements have been made to the account lockout process on the Connect Portal, InSite Classroom and InSite Parent:

• The new lockout period will be 30 minutes, which matches the Provider Portal.
• Connect Portal users can now reset their password if they are locked out
• A 30-minute lockout is initiated after five consecutive failed login attempts, including incorrect username, password, or security question answers.

Daily Clipboard Reports

Two new reports have been added:

• The Daily Clipboard - By Name report offers a weekly summary of all active children scheduled in each room, sorted by last name.

• The Daily Clipboard - By DOB report offers a weekly summary of all active children scheduled in each room, sorted by date of birth beginning with the oldest.

Procare has been collaborating with accessibility expert BlindIt to obtain VPAT certification for Procare Schoolcare Works. We believe that everyone should benefit from our platforms' functionalities, regardless of their unique needs or abilities. This partnership underscores our commitment to making our software accessible to all users.

Our team has been diligently enhancing the accessibility features to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. This includes improvements in navigation, keyboard accessibility, screen reader compatibility and more.
