How and when to register Procare Software.

When to Register Your Software

The registration will automatically be triggered the very first time you log in. To validate your license, registration is also required every 90 days (for Primary installations) and every 12 months (for Secondary Installations). You may automate the process, so you are not prompted, as described below. See also: Primary & Secondary Install.

Getting There

In most cases, the software registration screen will appear automatically. To manually access the screen:

1. You must be log on as a member of the System Supervisor User Group.
2. From the Procare Home screen go to Configuration > License > click the Register button (lower left).
   

How to Register

At the Registration screen choose to register online (using the internet) or manually by using the telephone and then click the Register button. To automate registration, so you are not prompted, check the box to “try automatically in the future”.
