Search for a Person

Search across all locations for a person. This is a good way to find someone if you need to make a change to their Person Information screen, such as changing their address, phone, photo, etc. The Person Search may be especially useful if you have multiple locations and want direct access to the person’s information regardless of the location.

Getting There

From the Procare Home screen go to Utilities > Search All Locations > Person Search.

Search for a Person

1. Choose how to search such as a First Name that Contains whatever you type, or only an item that Starts With or Ends With your entry.

Example: Searching for a first name that Starts With “t” might return Tom, Tina and Trevor, while searching for anything that Contains “t” might return those as well as Brett, Martin and Elizabeth.

2. Type in the thing for which you are searching (for example the person’s name, or just a few letters of their name) and click Find.
3. People that match your criteria will be displayed showing the School Name (location) where they may be found.
4. To view or change the information for that person dbl-click their name to open the Person Information screen.
