Selecting a Licensing Server

You will see the screen below when Procare cannot detect a licensing server at the same location as the last time it was used, and it finds multiple Procare licensing servers on your center’s local network.

You may click on the down arrow for a list of possible servers, and select a server if you are certain which one it is (perhaps someone had moved it to a different computer). If uncertain, check with your computer support department. If you have no internal support, you may contact Procare support, who may be of help in deciding what steps to take.

If you know the specific IP address of your server, you can select the “Custom” button (bottom left of the screen above) and enter it in the window.
