This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) constitutes an agreement between you and Procare Software, LLC and its affiliates, corporate parent(s), and subsidiaries (collectively “Procare”, “us”, “our,” or “we”). Procare is dedicated to protecting your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy describes how Procare collects, protects, uses, and discloses information and data collected and created in the course of your access to and use of the Procare website, products, and services.


Personally Identifiable Information
The only personally identifiable information we collect about you is provided by you voluntarily. In general, you can visit our Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information to get in touch with you. We may employ third party companies to perform functions on our behalf. These functions may include order fulfillment, package delivery, marketing assistance, postal and email delivery, customer service, data analysis, and credit processing. The third parties we contract for these purposes have limited access to your personal information and may not use it for other purposes.

Procare Software takes precautions to protect its customers’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Any information collected about you on our website is encrypted and securely stored. All bank-related information is masked so that no Procare user can view critical bank information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural security measures to safeguard your non-public personal information. Access to such information is restricted to employees who are subject to an Employee Restrictive Covenant Policy.

California Residents

Do Not Track Signals
