How do I make a waiting list?
You can let new families pre-register online using MyProcare or manually assign the children an Enrollment Status like “Wait List” and use the standard Enrollment Reports. You may also create customized waiting lists using Data Viewer.
How can I quickly re-enroll children who were away for the summer?
Use the Batch Change Enrollment feature to change the enrollment status of many children at once – for example from “Summer Break” back to “Enrolled”.
How can I change classrooms for a group of children?
