Turn Off Attendance Sync with Engagement

In most cases, you’ll want child check-in/out times entered from either Engagement or Procare Desktop to automatically sync so children show as checked in/out in both systems. To learn how this works, see: Engagement Attendance Sync.

Can attendance sync be turned off or back on again?

Yes. Attendance sync can be turned off so children must be checked in/out of Engagement separately from Procare Desktop. The sync may also be turned back on if it was previously turned off. Please contact support for assistance.
